APPEAL Dismissed – 25 March 2015

The Planning Inspector (Clive Nield) has dismissed the appeal by D Briggs and Environmental Energies because at 77m high it would cause substantial harm to the character and appearance of the landscape ad would be a prominent and incongruent feature harmful to the setting of the stretch of the Grand Union Canal Conservation Area.
